Printer printing blank pages EXCEPT for every page has PINK box in middle of page.. regardless what I print or copy or scan.
Tried two different sets cartridges
Powered on and off
Tried USB vs wireless
Printed EVERY diagnostic available.. which of course all came out blank with pink box only in middle of page
Cleaned print heads
Cleaned cartridge areas
Pretty much tried everything posted by others, on the HP website etc.
This is the SECOND HP printer that is just over a year old that has failed now.. And the inability to contact HP customer support direct is NOT acceptable.. this is NOT how you keep customers HP.
Any suggestions or is my instinct right and this unit too has now died just after a year of use?
