HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Purchased HP 6978 all in one printer an year go. Suddenly started seeing printhead error. 

Troubleshooting 

1. Tried to run printhead cleaning from settings. This option is not working. 

2. Tried cleaning all ink catridge. Still has no luck

 

Looking for other troubleshooting that I can try. Looks like printhead is not a replaceable  . Does it mean do I need to buy a new printer. . A product which is not used for a long enough and every time if such errors happens then do I need to replace the printer. I am afraid this is not a good experience with HP product.   

 

Please share your experience and  also any recommendations on what options I have at this moment.
