Hi,

In the middle of a printing job when going from one batch to another (only 3 copies of 2 pages), all of a sudden when I made a copy, a wide bold black horizontal line appeared at the top of the copy.  Now every copy gets a black horizontal line (about 3/4" wide) at the top of the copy.  What happened?  How to fix?  Horizontal line is all the way across the top of the copy.
