HP Recommended

Hi Guys, my  HP 7520 has been an excellent printer particularly the print both sides option. For some reason this no longer works and does not appear in the dropdown settings menu anymore . I have downloaded the latest driver but still no joy. Can someone please help me to get it working again. Tnx
