HP 7602 tray LED light stays on

I do like the light. It has a nice aesthetic look. BUT, I would like to be able to turn it off or for it to turn off itself in sleep mode. It is distracting in my office configuration. I hope it can be changed by a software update unless it is already available?

The tray LED light on the HP 7602 printer is indeed a stylish touch, but I understand how it can be distracting in certain setups. 

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off the light or have it automatically turn off in sleep mode based on current settings or firmware updates.

You might want to check for any new firmware updates via the HP Smart app or the printer's settings menu, as HP occasionally releases updates that add features or improve functionality. However this feature isn't available yet.
