Hi @Kolping2024 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand the error code "B33B9EA1" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 typically indicates an issue with the printer's firmware or an internal hardware problem. Here's how you can try to resolve it:

1. Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug it from the power source and leave it unplugged for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
  • Release the button, then try turning the printer back on.

3. Check for Firmware Update

  • If you can access the printer menu after it starts, check for firmware updates.
  • If not, you may need to connect it to your computer and check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP Support Assistant.

4. Perform a Printer Reset

  • You may want to try a factory reset. Follow these steps:
    • Turn off the printer.
    • Press and hold # and 9 while turning the printer back on.
    • Keep holding the buttons until the printer begins the reset process.
  • Please note, this will erase all settings and configurations.

5. Check for Hardware Issues

  • If the above steps don't resolve the issue, there could be an internal hardware problem with the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
