HP 7858 stuck on loading screen. Can I please have the printer reset instructions?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand you are trying to reset your HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer when it's stuck on the loading screen, follow these steps for a hard reset:
 

Hard Reset Instructions:

Turn off the printer: If the printer is still on the loading screen, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer without turning it off using the power button.

Unplug the printer: Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for at least 60 seconds.

Plug the printer back in:

  • Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.

Turn on the printer: Press the power button to turn the printer back on. Wait to see if it goes past the loading screen.
