I replaced the black ink and it was really light, so I replaced the color cartridge, thinking it needed both, but it didnt, and now its too light to read at all

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you able to make copies from the printer?
  • Are you printing from your phone or computer?
  • Which app or operating system do you have?
