I changed my printhead and printhead ribbon cable from motherboard to printhead. Still getting Event error 62.80.A0. What I see is happening is the drip tray under printhead is not retracting and then printhead will not move. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thank you for your help. I have had this printer for over 4 years. I tried to fix it, it didn't work out. The money I spent on parts is almost as much as new printer. So I purchased a new printer and trashing this printer. Thanks again.
