Printer is getting Printer Failure error number 71.02.4A.
I have tried many of the online fixes and still does not work. Is there a way to set back to factory defaults?
The printhead is stuck on the right and only way to move it is to rotate the gears on the left side to release the carriage holder.
Any help is appreciated

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
