HP Recommended
Product: HO 8030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is only printing blank pages.  I tried checking by doing a copy and it only copies a blank page as well.

 

Both firmware and software are the most current versions - both are reporting fully updated

I have replaced the ink cartridges - all are reporting functional

I have reset all the settings, printer & wireless - all connected

I have run the realignment, clean printheads functions - all report OK.  However, will not print any test pages

I ran the window trouble shooter for printers - it found no errors

Yes, I have unplugged and replugged it

 

Any suggestions before I take a baseball bat to it?
