Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The display screen on my HP 8620 is all white.  IT was fine then it started to fade a little then went completely white.  It prints but I recently changed my wifi and it was impossible to reconnect.  IT is just a blank screen.  I've tried powering it on and off.  Disconnecting power cord and rebooting.  Nothing works.

The screen needs to be replaced or the whole printer?  If you meant the screen any idea how I locate that part?

I ordered the part on ebay, simply searching by HP Office Jet 8600.  The part arrived super quick but it is a hair incorrect and won't fit.  Any chance you could offer how to find the exact correct screen.  The info on my printer is

HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

The screen part # is CBT3A4G6HF but when I google that part # nothing comes up.
