HP Recommended

I am getting a printer failure message after changing the ink. I turned the printer off and unplugged it multiple times and still same message. Please help.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

Reset the printer:

  • Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
