Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 8721 My printer keeps saying, The print cartridge cannot move. But it can, generally. I have followed all of the suggested steps, including from videos; cartridge moves except when I press print. Is there something I can do myself? Printer costs 200 dollars more now than it did when I bought it two years ago today; printer repairmen don't seem to live around here any more. 🙂  😞
