Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using Windows 11 and just bought an HP 9014e printer.  It only prints after I run the windows printer troubleshooter.  It stays in the print queue until I run this.  I run the troubleshooter which can't find any problem and then it prints.

Very irritating to have to do this every time I want to print something.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the print job being stuck in the print queue.

 

This could be compatibility issues with your current OS, as, there are no drivers available currently. 

 

However, try HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software and see if that helps. Click here

 

For Print jobs stuck in the print queue. Click here
