@Hopper1_-, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Reset Issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer is resetting and initializing after printing each page, this could be due to a firmware or software issue that may have arisen after a recent update. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

Restart the Printer and Network Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for about 60 seconds before reconnecting and powering it on.
  • Restart your router and any device you are using to print.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure that your printer has the latest firmware. You can check for updates directly from the printer's control panel or via the HP Smart app.
  • To check for updates from the printer's control panel:
    • Navigate to the setup menu and select "Printer Maintenance."
    • Choose "Update Printer" to check for any new firmware updates.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a reset to factory defaults:
    • Go to Setting > Restore Factory Settings on the printer's control panel.
    • Follow any on-screen instructions to reset the settings to default.

Driver Update:

  • Ensure your printer driver is up to date. You can find the latest drivers on the HP website.
  • Uninstall the current driver and reinstall the latest version if necessary.

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure that there are no special print settings enabled that might be causing issues, like any advanced security settings.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
