HP Pro 9120e can't get it to enlarge copy

Hi @moon1943, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
Try these steps to access the enlargement setting:

1. Use the Printer Control Panel

  1. Load the original document on the scanner glass (not the ADF).
  2. On the printer’s touchscreen, select Copy.
  3. Tap Settings or Resize (it may be under More Options).
  4. If available, choose:
    • Custom Size: Enter a percentage (e.g., 125% for enlargement).
    • Fit to Page: Automatically enlarges to fill the selected paper size.
    • Preset Ratios: Select a predefined enlargement size.
  5. Confirm and start the copy.

2. Use HP Smart App (Alternative)

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your PC or smartphone.
  2. Tap Copy (if available).
  3. Adjust the Resize settings and preview before printing.
