HP C410 Phototsmart 4 in 1 menu stuck on quick forms entered reset code and got uiaux support VAx2FN1631AR displayed on menu how do I  clear this error.  Printer still prints wirelessly.  Can't scan pr copy.  Any help would be appreciated Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help. 

 

Let's try these steps -

 

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds. 

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hello try the solution to remove all cartridges and power off by unplugging power cord from wall and printer several time with longer wait periods.  Brought me back to the same place and tried to connect and then went back to quick forms menu.  Please tell me there is someone at HP that can clear this error before I have to get a new printer.  I need to be able to scan and copy on the printer.  Printing form laptop still works.

This looks like a hardware issue and  I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
