Hi all,

I've come into a problem in which I'm unsure of how to solve. My CM4540 printer has stopped working all of a sudden. I'm not very technical nor do I have the knowledge of opening up a printer, but fairly recently, I had a paper jam in my printer and when I removed the jam, I promptly restarted it and that is when it got stuck on calibration. I had this problem once when the ink cartridges and toner were running low, and replacing them had solved this issue, but right now the ink levels are near 100%!

The calibration bar won't make any progress and has been stuck like this for a week now.  I'm hesitant to do a cold restart because I'm pretty sure that I do not have all the information to set it back up. I haven't seen anything similar on these forums, but has anybody ever encountered something similar to this? If so, what were some solutions that you were able to find?
