HP Recommended

Installed new RAM for my CP5225dn printer and the startup window does not appear while the printer is actively running.

 

Product installed: CB423A HP 256MB DDR2 144-pin DIMM CP2025 P2055 CP5225 CM2320 Printer Memory RAM

If there is any feedback on what the issue might be we would much appreciate the help.

Solved....Firmly click DIMM into place.
