Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer display window is showing an error code: "79 Service Error Turn off then on"

I have performed that a gazillion times it does nothing!  I have used the HP Doctor feature resulting in nothing.

I have used the personal tech help account I have and the technician has attempted all sorts of troubleshooting resulting in nothing.

I am connected to my computer via USB and before the printer went down I had connect wirelessly shortly afterwards (perhaps after a few days; can't really say was not really paying attention; yet was never connected wirelessly until approximately 1 week ago). Afterwards began to experience this issue.

1.  What the heck is this code? and

2. Is there a solution?
