Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fwe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2 problems started a couple of days ago with my HP printer. 

 

1. It only prints part of the document when printing from my desktop or photocopying IDs. The rest part of the printed paper is just blank. 

 

2. When printing or photocopying, the printer will randomly print black and white from time to time while it is supposed to print color. 

 

If anyone has a similar issue or have a solution, please share your experience. Thanks.
