Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M278-M281
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Won't print double sided from my Desktop PC (HP ENVY). Works from HP Laptop, Acer Laptop, Acer Netbook. So probably not a problem with the printer itself. Using AVG Anti-Virus, AVG VPN (also won't work with VPN turned off).

There are no error messages except sometimes I am asked to load letter paper in tray 2.

Everything worked correctly until a couple of weeks ago!

Has anyone got any suggestions?

HP Recommended

 When trying a test print, printer appears to be offline. Prints a blank page or one sided document.

Error is 'Manual Duplex - load tray 2'.
