Is there a solution to stop a paper jam when trying to print business cards? I have tried one paper at a time and one stacked on plain paper so I don't get an EMPTY TRAY warning.

I set the paper to extra heavy but this doesn't seem to help any.

Is there a solution so I may print the cards?

Thank you

Cheryle
