Hi all, my first post so hope someone here can help. I have a HP Colour Laserjet CP2025, which up until this morning was printing fine, now all I can hear is the motors going round and round with nothing being printed. At first it did print one sheet, but it was blank. Now with a restore to defaults and everything else I can think of, it's just whirring round and round.

I have a spare donor unit which if its as easy as replacing a part I think I could do that.

Any help welcomed.

Most common cause is going to be a worn pickup roller which means paper is not fed properly. Picture below shows the difference between a good roller (green arrow) and worn roller.

There are numerous videos on YouTube on how to access and change the pickup roller.
