Hello 

 

I have a HP DESKJET 2622 while printing last night the colour ink cartridge just stopped working and flashing a light. 

I have cleaned it, still nothing can not even print in black. 

Just getting a ink supply failure on scan doctor.

I have hp instant ink, so no idea why it should suddenly stop printing mid way through a print and then wont let me print any more.

Also when I run a test print the ink levels show the correct amount, print the test page, then show empty again, once finished the test print, I have make a video of it not sure how to post it here though.

I understand you are not able to print.

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to check which ink cartridge is defective.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
