Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience

  1. Could you please elaborate on the issue your facing?
  2. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  3.  What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?

What model printer are you using?

Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?

 

Refer to Blinking Lights to resolve errors on the printer.

 

For more info on resolving this error, refer to this document.
