Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer

Hi!

I am having  problems printing 5x7 on this printer. It is always off more to the left. I have tried 4 paper manufacturers, realigned and cleaned heads. I have printed from multiple programs but it is always quite a bit off. Has anyone got any ideas?

Spoke to HP support on Whatsapp who got me to do a factory reset. 4 hours later I was able to get it back online again and it is still the same. They came back and said that was the best I could expect with this printer. Is that correct? Not sure what they could not have told me that before the factory reset! Surely I can expect it to print in the middle?
