I've turned the printer on and off and no luck.
This happens when printing a page with direct wifi service option with using a Mopria mobile apps.
Please help me remove this print job that is blocking the printer.

The HP help section is confusing.

THanks for helping if you can.

Hi @Trendy93320

Welcome to the HP support community.

If the Web Services light on your HP DeskJet 3755 is blinking amber, it typically indicates an issue with the printer’s web services (like ePrint, which is used for printing from email or the HP Smart app). Here's how to troubleshoot and fix the blinking amber light:

1. Check Internet Connection

  • On your printer’s control panel, tap the Wi-Fi icon to check the status. If the printer is not connected to your Wi-Fi network, follow the prompts to reconnect it.
  • If your printer is connected via USB, the Web Services feature won’t work, so make sure you're using Wi-Fi.

2. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Check if the Web Services light stops blinking after rebooting.

3. Ensure Printer is Connected to HP's Servers

  1. Go to the printer’s control panel.
  2. Tap the Wi-Fi Direct or ePrint icon (depending on your model) to open the Web Services settings.
  3. Turn off Web Services (if it's on) and then turn it back on after a minute or two.
  4. Follow the prompts to re-enable Web Services and ensure it reconnects to HP’s servers.

4. Update Printer Firmware, click here

  • If your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, you can update the firmware through the HP Smart app or via the printer's control panel under Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update.
  • Check for any available updates to ensure the printer’s software is up-to-date.

5. Reset Web Services

  1. From the printer’s control panel, go to Setup or Settings.
  2. Navigate to Web Services Settings and select Restore Web Services Defaults.
  3. After this, try re-enabling Web Services again through the same menu.

6. Check HP’s Service Status

  • Visit HP's service status page to check if there are any known outages or issues with Web Services.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
