HP Recommended

HP Deskjet 3772 won't print. After a minute or so in queue, queue says 'printing error."
Troubleshooter cannot identify the problem. No problem in any of the issues it checked.
Replaced both ink cartridges with new. No result.
Cancel print job, turn off printer and computer, restart, reload print job - still won't print - queue says 'printing error."
Cancel print job, turn off printer, wait 2 days, try again - won't print - queue says 'printing error."

Red light blinking - display blinking what looks like UU or 2 open cylinders - print cartridges?
