My printer does not want to print the entire page. I thought it may be a margin issue, but this printer wont allow me to change them. Anyway, no matter which size of page I select, it always cuts the last 2 cm off the print. It printed the entire page when I bought it, but for some reason it will not.

That is normal because HP Deskjet 2131 is not a borderless printer, it can't print from edge to edge, it has margins and the bottom margin is the largest 12,7 mm everything under that margin can't be printed.
