Hi @lei7000--_,

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP DeskJet 2600 printer is not printing. Let’s go through a few steps to troubleshoot and fix this issue:

Check Power and Connections
Make sure the printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer or Wi-Fi network. For USB, try a different port or cable.

Check Ink Cartridges and Paper
Ensure there’s enough ink and paper loaded correctly. Open the printer and verify cartridges are installed properly.

Clear the Print Queue
Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, select See what’s printing, and cancel any stuck print jobs.

Set Printer as Default
Right-click your HP DeskJet 2600 in Devices and Printers and choose Set as default printer.

Restart the Printer and Computer
Turn off the printer and your computer, wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on. This often clears temporary issues.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s website. Run it to automatically detect and fix printing problems.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
Go to the HP website, download the latest drivers for your DeskJet 2600, and install them. Outdated or corrupted drivers can prevent printing.

Check for Network Issues (for wireless printing)
Make sure your printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network. Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi if necessary.I hope this helps.
