My HP printer does not print on single cartridge mode. From the HP Smart app on my phone it works, but from my notebooks it doesn't. I've tried several computers and none of them can print on single cartridge mode.

Hi Jay_G24!
Well, the printer uses HP 304 cartridges and I'm trying to print black and white or grey scale (black cartridge only), however when I try to print from any computer it goes to queue and I receive a warning message saying "The printer needs attention" and stops. From that on there's nothing else I can do.
Thank you for your time!

Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Let me know if this helps!

I have it connected to my home's WIFI and the light is steady. I can access its definitions from the printer's IP and I can communicate with it from every device at home. Unfortunately, none of the computers can make it print with a single cartridge even with all drivers installed, only from the phone's app.
