Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I own 2 HP Deskjet printers: 2620 and 2630. I have recently bought a brand new HP ink cartridge. However, I can't print anything. Both printers give me blank pages.

 

Tried so far:

- 'align printhead' option from the smart app

- 'clean printhead' option from the smart app

- different paper

- hard reset

- reinstalling the drivers

- trying to do a copy by pressing a button on the front panel

 

And still nothing. I'm not eager to buy another printer as this is just a waste of money and environmental pollution (with plastic).

 

Any ideas?
