HP Deskjet 3760
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 3670 printer, from the first time I tried printing photos  will not feed the photo paper more than a few centimetres before getting stuck. If I try to maintain constant pressure on the paper, pushing it down myself as the printer is trying to grab it as it's printing.

This works for a while, and the paper gets fed in the printer but the photos come out with lines and blurry because as much as I try, I am no machine, and I can't put constant and evan pressure to help the printer feed on the paper.

In the specks it sais the printer can print on any type of photo paper up to 300 gsm.

I have used more than 1 type of photo paper, from thinner, thicker l, glossy and matte and the same thing.

Did this ever happened to anyone?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does this happen only with photo paper? or all documents? What size are you trying to print on?

You can try cleaning the rollers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/1126204...

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.
