Hello, 

 

and thanks in advance for the help. I tried to print this morning after a while and i get the following error "Carriage jam - the print carriage cannot move..." I opened it, cleaned it , cleaned the inks,  turned on, off , opened, took out the power and tried every video or tip I could find online and stil get the same message. Now on top, I cannot see the ink levels on the cartriges (even though it doesn't recognize them as empty, yet in the HP printer assistant the information is missing...Can someone help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
