my printer is printing in green colour instead of grey colour, i also tried changing setting black and white only, coloured and all, but its printing in grey coloured only. help help me to know my issue

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

  • Do you have the same issue when you make a photocopy on the printer?
  • Is it an issue from a particular application or all applications?

Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware

Your printer might have a firmware update that resolves the issue. For more detailed steps, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

Try to print.
