Stuck on 6 of 8 boot up screen.  I've formatted hdd, cold reset, partial clean, replaced hdd, and reloaded 2 different versions of firmware.  Still says 6 of 8. Please help.

What type of drive did you replace it with? These models require a good old fashioned spinning disk and said disk must be an SED. (self encrypting drive). This was a noted issue uncovered in 2020 causeed by firmware older than 4.10.1.1 and simply performing a partial clean will not resolve the issue. You need to go to admin>boot device>erase/unlock and then download the current firmware and install.
