HP ENVY 4520 doesn't print certain lines correctly

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a problem with my HP ENVY 4520, certain entire sections of the document are missing and even alignement pages are affected: https://ibb.co/ggt7xg3 

 

I tried restarting the printer and  cleaning the cartridges, all ink levels are maxed out.
