HP ENVY 5020 - the printer is stuck on the HP logo startup screen.

the loading bar fills up but of the 7 dots under it, only 2 are filled up. I've tried the classic, turn it off and on again, tried plugging it directly into the PC rather than wireless but nothing is working

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I need help as well, i have the same issues with Envy 5020 at the moment at nothing is going to work.
