ENVY 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to use my printer to print 8.5x11 (Letter size) photos, it cuts off the top of the photo, and leaves a blank spot at the bottom. (See attached photo) Its like its 2-3 inches off calibration. However, 4"x6" photos print just fine, letters and documents also print fine. I only have the issue with 8.5"x11" photo paper. It occurs for full size photos, and for every other size photo i try to print on the 8.5"X11" (wallets, multiple 4"x6", etc.). This happens whether I print from my files or from the HP Smart app. I am using the HP Premium Plus Photo Paper Glossy 8.5"x11"

I have tried:

Rebooting/hard restart (unplug an re-plug, power off and power on)

Selecting Letter Size and 8x10

Printing and scanning alignment page on regular paper

Printing and scanning alignment page on photo paper

Cropped and uncropped options

Removing and re-adding printer

Example: (ignore the black lines, that's me trying to troubleshoot/test without wasting 10 lbs of ink)
