Hi, I've seen this problem posted many times already but no one of your team seems able to fix it...

so, after working perfectly for like 6 months my envy 6230 is now stuck at the end of the loading screen while starting it up.

I've tried connecting my self by usb but noting happens and the hp smart is no help as it tells me the printer is offline and the scan and repair is producing no results.
