Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. HP ENVY PHOTO 6222 poor color printing help

Hi Guys,

 

I hope you are well & safe.

 

I bought this printer last year. I don't really use it that often, recently I am trying to print some color photos but the quality is really bad.

I have tried to print alignment, clean printhead as suggested still not workable. I decided to reordered the new hp cartridge for black & color (804 series) and replaced the new cartridge yesterday but still not really improve the quality.

 

please see attached the file for reference.    i will appreciate if anyone could help me on this. many thanks .
