When trying to print from my Mac with the system Ventura 13.3.1, my printer is stuck on the initial loading screen. It is showing one full bar and one dot but does not move past that. I have tried unplugging the printer from the initial outlet, unplugging the power chord from the unit. Pressing the power button after unplugging the unit for 10-15 seconds. I have removed the ink cartridges, as well as checked for paper jams. None have worked. I have ensured my wifi is working, and the unit is plugged into a wall outlet. How can I fix this issue?
