Hi @vegasdeal,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to have your HP ENVY Photo 7858 stuck on the HP logo loading screen. Here are a few more troubleshooting steps you can try.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all accessible panels and trays.
  • Look for any paper jams or obstructions and remove them.

Reset the Printer to Factory Settings:

  • Disconnect the printer from the power source.
  • Hold down the power button while reconnecting the power cord.
  • Continue to hold the power button until the printer turns on.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • If you can access the printer's menu or settings, check for firmware updates. This might not be possible if it's stuck on the logo screen, but it's worth trying if you can get it to boot up.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that all cables are securely connected, including the power cord and any other cables.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
