Short time after I replaced the inks for HP ENVEY 4524 I received an error massage "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge....". Based on answers related to similar problem, I have tried the following:
- I removed the reinstalled the inks
- I hard reset the printer
- I cleaned and reinstalled the ink
Non of the above solutions is working and the colour cartridge still not working and I am still receiving the error massage. It is quite frustrating as the cartridges are quite new.
Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned in my first post. I have already done the hard reset as you described. I have also taken out and clean the cartridge. The printer still giving out the error massage “Remove and reinstall the ink cartridge ...”. For some reason the printer cannot see the colour ink cartridge. When I checked the ink level I can see the black ink but the colour ink looks like as it is not installed.
