HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy 4502 has an error code 0x83c0000a. I have tried all options listed by various users with no results. Tried contacting the support desk and all it tells me is expired. Does that mean they will not help with this product?

Yes, if it has already expired there is no way to answer it.
