HP Envy 4504 Printer froze. It was printing the alignment page fine with the new ink cartridges we have just put in. It then said scan the page and would not scan the page. Now all it keeps saying is “load plain white paper then press OK”. It won’t let us go off of this. So then we press OK to continue. It then says “now printing alignment page…” and that’s it. It freezes on that. You can’t go off of it, you can’t stop it. We have turned it off and on several times. We have unplugged it all. Plugged it back into the wall socket after leaving it for several minutes. Tried unplugging it holding the button & plugging it in at the same time and it keeps repeating the same process and getting stuck on the same bit.
