When I plug it in, it just shows a blank screen. I've tried unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in, and using a different outlet and directly plugging it in. Holding the power button does nothing. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi @amyhigh,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand that the front panel screen is blank.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

Make sure that the printer is properly connected to a suitable power source.

  1. Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  2. Disconnect the printer's power cord from any power strips or surge suppressors and then plug it directly into a grounded wall outlet.
  3. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, and then try to use the menu to check if the printer control panel is functional.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
