Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

My HP printer was working great for years. It started with my phone no longer being able to connect and print. Then it moved to my computer as well. It will say printer offline yet the printer shows connected. I have it connected wirelessly. The internet connection is fine. Sometimes I can get it to print by resetting the router and my computer. There has to be a reason this is going on. I have downloaded the HP smart app...it is showing the printer is ready and still not printing.
